Mr Joseph Salmeron

 On  Sunday January 08, 2023, Joseph-Eugene (Joey) David Salmeron, beloved son, brother, cousin, and friend, lost his life in a fatal single car accident. He was 24 years old. He is survived by his mother Elizabeth Salmeron, father Steven Salmeron, brother Daniel Salmeron (Kimberly Tobar) and many cousins and extended family.

Joey came into this world on April 04, 1998 and began to shine his light on the world. He loved to make people smile and wanted everyone around him to be happy. He had a natural gift to entertain and loved to sing. He worked hard throughout his life creating a strong singing voice. When he graduated high school he went to San Francisco State and earned his Bachelor's degree in performing arts in an effort to follow his dreams of being an entertainer. He had more courage than anyone I know and was unapologetically true to himself. He was an artist and poet and even a songwriter. He loved music of all kinds and an avid animal lover. His greatest and most simplistic talent was his hugs. He would make you feel important, seen,heard or simply put, he made you feel just loved. He was everyone's best friend. A huge beacon of light has been dimmed and he will truly be missed by all that knew him. Fly high my love and help guide us through this realm without you.

Services will be held on January 27, 2023 at noon at Wilson and Kratzer (San Pablo) 13644 San Pablo Ave. San Pablo, Ca. 94806. Followed by burial at Rolling hills Cemetery at 4100 Hilltop Drive, Richmond, Ca. 94803. There will be a gathering afterwards for anybody that would like to come and share stories and time spent with him at the Masonic Hall at 5050 El Portal Drive, El Sobrante, Ca 94803.
