Harold Jack Bequest

Born August 7, 1937, Died November 29, 2019. Born and Raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. When he was 16 years old, he began working for the Chicago, Milwaukee and Pacific Railroad, loading and unloading railcars of mail. Shortly thereafter, he took a leave of absence and joined the United States marines where he proudly served for 3 years. In June of 1958, he married the love of his life JoAnn Bequest. During the 1960’s he relocated to Richmond California where he began working for Stone Craft & Company until the passing of the owner. In 1987 he worked for Chris Palif Plumbing then was hired on at the United States Post Office where he worked another 12 years before retiring. He enjoyed raising pigeons, fishing, bowling and trips with his wife to Reno and Cache Creek. His favorite shows were nature shows such as mountains and Alaska. He liked frozen custard and the cool breeze.

He was a very proud and humble man. He was the best husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Harold is preceded in death by wife, JoAnn Bequest.

Harold is survived by Daughters; Lori Bequest-Jones (Albert Jones), Jody Beavers, Cathy Bequest, and Cherie Bequest. Brothers; Orval Bequest. Jerry Bequest (Jackie), Allan Bequest (Judy), John Moore (Susan), Tom Moore (Carol), Sisters; Carol LaBonte and Charlene Moore.  Grandchildren; Ernie Villalobos (Maribell), Anthony Villalobos, Nicole Brooks, Marissa Hammon, Matthew Farrell and 10 Great-grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by Michael Brooks.
