Tribute

To my Beloved Papa:

You have taught me so much over the years. The most memorable moment of my life was my first lesson about “ Faith “.

You taught me how to ride a bike without training wheels. You held onto the bike as I peddled.  You had let go of the bike and watched me ride. Before I had realized, I was riding by myself. I had got scared and lost my confidence and almost fell.  You were there for me and was able to catch me.  You said to me, “Sherry, where is your Faith” ?  You taught me to have confidence, to trust and believe in The Lord.  You have always been there to help pick me up and to catch me when I fell. You told me

No matter what life throws your way or how difficult it gets, “ keep the Faith."

Thank you Papa for helping me find

my "Faith." Even though you are now  absence from the body but present with the Lord, I will make you proud.  You did your job very well Papa,

I’ll take it from here.

Your precious daughter,

Elderess Sherry Denise Blanson

MY TRIBUTE TO YOU POPS:

As we all find ourselves in a very difficult day in time with so many matters surrounding us, one thing that I am truly thankful for is your LIFE and LEGACY.

I thank God for your Life: When God breathes life into ones soul, it becomes available for service. The service that you gave and shared for so many will never be forgotten. The many years of serving your community transporting people that you may not have known but still answered the call to do the work demonstrated the power that God had given you to care for so many.

It took Heart, Passion and Love to serve as well as you did as long as you did. This is why your Legacy will never be forgotten. God and Family meant so much to you, and when a Legacy is made it follows all who will receive. POP’s I want to say THANK YOU for all of the fun times, the humorous laughs and the fondest of memories. You will truly be missed, but never forgotten.
