Mr Delfin Manzano Biala

"Delfin Manzano Biala, 70, of Richmond, California, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Delfin was born on March 8th, 1953, in Mapandan, Pangasinan, Philippines, to Nazario and Celedonia Biala. He was the fifth oldest of eleven children and grew up in a close-knit family. After graduating from Mapandan Academy High School in 1969, Delfin attended University of the East, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Delfin had a successful career in the engineering industry, working for several major firms throughout his life. He was well-respected by his colleagues and clients, and was known for his drive, dedication, and work ethic.

In his free time, Delfin enjoyed watching sports, networking, and spending time with his family. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished his time with his loved ones above all else.

Delfin is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Wilma Biala; his children, Oliver Biala, Sheryl Biala and Jason Biala; and his siblings, Cesar Biala, Eddie Biala, Annie Ferrer, Rico Biala, Shirley Mesina, Charito Biala, Nancy Boonyong, and Nazario Jr. Biala. Delfin was preceded in death by his parents Nazario and Celedonia Biala; and his siblings, Primo Biala, Alex Biala and Greny Casuga.

A memorial service will be held at Wilson & Kratzer Mortuaries Chapel of the Mission Bells in San Pablo on Thursday March 30, 2023, from 11:00 a.m to 3:00pm. Funeral service will be held at St. Joseph's Church in Pinole on Friday March 31, 2023 starting at 11:30 am. The family will be there to welcome friends and relatives.

Delfin will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace."
